The Challenge

Bingara Gorge is a premium masterplanned community located in Wilton, South West Sydney. It offers premium lifestyle amenities, education, retail and leisure in a natural setting. After having been in the market for a significant period, the brand needed a refreshed positioning, but not a complete reinvention. Lead generation and conversions had also stalled. Our challenge was to create a contemporary and robust visual identity that would stay relevant as markets and property trends evolve over time. Given its large-scale offering and local presence, it needed to retain its established history – and brand recognition.

The Concept

Bingara Gorge is a family-friendly, welcoming and connected community. It’s the kind of place where the lifestyle is just like the environment – simply beautiful. This became the overarching theme and tag line. We modernised the iconic Bingara Gorge ‘B’ and reimagined the collateral to reflect the beauty of living in this distinctive masterplanned community. The creative balanced the wide-open spaces and high-end amenities with the friendly, inviting environment that attracts new residents every year.

The Results

Since the launch of the Simply Beautiful campaign, the refreshed Bingara Gorge website has doubled the unique visitors and views since September 2023. Lead generation from social media has also increased. We launched an integrated awareness campaign across all touchpoints such as Youtube, cinema, digital, print and OOH. This has resulted in exciting outcomes for our client which includes 300+ leads monthly. Bingara Gorge now occupies an impressive place in the market.
