This was a slightly different project for our long term client, Vantage Property. In the past few years, we’ve typically focused on land subdivisions for the Vantage team. However, this was a development of 40 townhomes in a vibrant area with Ed. Square Apartments and Terraces just next door.
Despite Vantage being a relatively small developer for the area, we wanted our creative to leave a significant impression on the local market. We developed the name Edmondson Terraces as a nod to the suburb’s name and produced collateral that established an elegant legacy for the project. The online branding also achieved excellent organic placement due to our SEO (search engine optimisation) work targeting potential buyers looking to purchase in Edmondson Park. We installed a large hoarding sign which ran the length of the site near the hugely successful Ed. Square project. This location inspired the tagline’s play on words, ‘Think Outside The Square’.
The level of project enquiry and resulting sales was astounding. All townhomes across both stages sold out quickly and the project is now complete. We congratulate the sales team at Urban Land Housing and Vantage Property.
