A project competing with some of the most beautiful homes on Sydney’s North Shore, this residential development benefited from the stellar reputation Luke and his team at METRO have already established in the area.
While our team always strives to create branding that sets new standards in both visual and creative innovation, we understood that this project’s branding needed to appeal to the more mainstream demographic of downsizers. We didn’t want our creative to polarise or alienate potential buyers. That’s why this campaign’s branding was simply based on an elegant collection of photography, CGIs and content that embraced the surrounding area and the townhomes’ unique attributes.
The Greenwood Collection has been one of the most successful projects that METRO has released to date. All eight townhomes sold very quickly due to a carefully coordinated and layered marketing approach. This was the first of many projects with Luke and his team at METRO and Creation Projects. And we look forward to more in the not too distant future.
