Huntington Residences is a distinctive selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus one penthouse. Located in a quiet Cremorne street, this unique development takes its art deco design cues from the adjoining 1930s period apartments. As well as launching in a notoriously competitive area, the targeted demographic are house dwellers averse to apartment living.
Our branding focussed on the compelling balance of heritage and contemporary-based architecture. To address the space concerns of a house-buying target audience, the copy emphasised the oversized layouts and close proximity to local attractions and amenities. High grade CGIs were also used throughout the collateral to demonstrate the seamless link between the original art déco apartments and the modern development.
Our team created an aspirational set of collateral that defied expectations and was ultimately well received by our client and prospective buyers.
