Kleo Mosman is a limited release residential block of only 15 prestigious residences across four levels. Our branding and accompanying collateral focussed on the project’s architecturally designed interiors and exteriors which continue to represent a compelling aesthetic in the exclusive area.
We developed distinctive, high-end branding that reflected Kleo’s limited edition offering. This included the liberal use of premium CGIs that showcased the designer inclusions and apartment layouts in each residence. The collateral’s overall aesthetic also emphasised the ‘blending of heritage-inspired architecture with modern styling’.
In spite of the initial concerns over market saturation and location, Kleo Mosman has attracted a healthy level of interest among serious buyers. This stand-out development is also inspiring future Spit Junction developments and the residents who call this coveted address home.
