A remarkable development that will change the landscape of Wollongong’s CBD, this landmark project features 243 apartments plus retail and childcare across two separate towers. However, it has launched in a saturated market, appealing to a diverse target audience ranging from downsizers to students and young families.
To give it more gravitas in a crowded market, we positioned the development as a precinct and not just another apartment tower. To achieve this, we rebranded the developer’s name to A&K and developed creative that combined lifestyle imagery with historical shots of Wollongong. The heritage-style design had broad appeal with a yellow and blue palette that reflects the local beaches and sunsets.
This project continues to attract a healthy level of community interest and sales. We have now been commissioned to produce collateral for the A&K Skyhome release - a deluxe penthouse offering that’s set to break new records in the area. Our creative will reflect the grand scope of the property complete with sophisticated new CGIs.
