A brand new luxury, vertical retirement village in Kiama, this was the first of many projects for Fresh Hope Communities. We were introducing a relatively new concept to the retirement community, so this marketing collateral had to set the tone for all future Fresh Hope Communities retirement development projects.
Using our expertise in residential project marketing, we developed a brand and campaign that really elevated the concept of retirement living. Our creative intentionally blurred the lines between luxury residential developments and typical retirement living marketing.
Our unique approach to luxury retirement living collateral continues to set the bar high for this category. It has also created extremely strong foundations for the Fresh Hope Communities development pipeline moving forward. With construction recently completed and happy retirees moving into their new homes, the James Agency is proud to be a part of this exciting new phase for our client and new residents alike.
