Although not beachfront, our aim was to develop a name and brand that emphasized how close the residential complex was to Cronulla’s conveniences. The name ‘Contour’ was inspired by the countoured lines on a map. Similarly, the ‘wave’ visual used throughout the collateral literally follows the shoreline and cliff contours only footsteps from the project’s front door.
Despite launching in a difficult market, the apartments sold out and a record price was achieved for the penthouse. This project’s premium collateral and quality construction have set the standard, creating a legacy that current developments aspire to.
