The Challenge

Larool Crescent is a boutique collection of four buildings consisting of two, three and four-bedroom homes positioned around an expansive garden, minutes from Castle Hill. Our client was committed to developing a new community in an established, tightly-held suburban street in Castle Hill. We were briefed to produce collateral that not only aligned with the small-scale development, but also visually represented the ‘small street charm’ and feelgood intentions of the project. The developers were dedicated to building a luxury series of homes existing residents would be proud of and view as a potential investment or new home in future.

The Concept

The branding reflected the subtle luxury that informed the Larool Crescent residences. Shaping an experience for prospective buyers and investors, every aspect of the collateral from the brochure to the website, told a story of style, luxury and comfort. Our creative worked to capture the essence of Castle Hill living – balancing sleek, contemporary design with a warm, inviting vibe that makes residents feel at home.

The Results

Since the launch, our client has received an unprecedented volume of enquiries for a project of this size in Castle Hill. They’ve been very satisfied with the creative execution given the scope of the development and everyone involved – from the developers to Coco Republic’s design team – have delivered continuous great feedback.
